It was a dark and stormy night…. Thrillers & Horrors

Everyone needs a good scare now and then, right?  Personally, I LOVE a good thriller.  I just wish I had more time to scare myself witless!  Now I get most of my adrenaline rush from gory movies, but occassionally I’ll pick up on a great book that makes the hairs on my neck stand on end.

Who do I love?  Well, I grew up on the big three– Cook, Koontz, and King.  I enjoy them still, but along the way I’ve found a few others to get my nerves all tingly.  Look for these icons to denote books of terror and intrigue…!

serial killerSerial Killers such as my personal favorite, the sick and twisted and always amusing J.A. Konrath, writer of the Jack Daniels series.

horrorHorror and all things that go bump in the night… think Stephen King, Dean Koontz, or John Saul.

Few books fit neatly into any one category, so some may require multiple icons.  I’ll add more as needed.
